Meet Mark Brinkmann, Candidate for Associate Circuit Court Judge Division 7<\/span><\/h2>

Washington Roots\n<\/b><\/font>
Mark was born and raised in Washington, Missouri, the youngest of 10 kids born to Ed and Dorie Brinkmann. He has numerous relatives in Franklin County.

Mark is a partner at Robinson Brinkmann & Fulford <\/a>LLC.  The firm has offices on the square in Union and Warrenton and focuses on personal injury litigation, family law, and criminal law. 

Mark also serves as Municipal Court Judge<\/a> for the City of New Haven, Missouri, and is a member of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Court Judges Association.

Education & Experience<\/b><\/font>
Mark graduated from St. Francis Borgia Regional High School<\/a> in 1992.  He spent two years at East Central College<\/a> and then transferred to the University of Missouri – Rolla.<\/a>  Mark took a semester off from college to work as an engineer at a manufacturing company in St. Louis where he was introduced to product liability litigation. 

In December of 1996, Mark graduated from UMR with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Cum Laude.  In 1997, Mark  worked at a circuit board manufacturer in Springfield, Missouri and then entered law school in the fall of 1997.  In 2000, Mark earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri Columbia – School of Law<\/a>.

Mark joined a law firm in Springfield, Missouri, and then worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County, Missouri.  In 2003, Mark joined PalmerOliver, P.C., a nationwide automotive product liability and personal injury litigation law firm. 

In 2015, Mark joined the law firm of Becker Robinson <\/a>in Union, Missouri, with law school classmate, William Robinson, and fellow Borgia graduate, Matthew Becker.  In 2016, Mark became a partner.

Mark and his wife, Kelly, are active members of First Christian Church<\/a> in Washington, Missouri.

Mark serves on the board of directors for Grace on the Go Ministries<\/a>, as coach for youth basketball at the Four Rivers YMCA<\/a>, and volunteer youth counselor at High Hill Christian Camp<\/a>.\n

\nMark and his wife, Kelly, have three school-aged children in the public school system and Kelly is on the School Board for the School District of Washington (2022). Each summer, their kids actively participate in the Washington Town and Country Fair<\/a> Fine Arts & Home Economics Contests.\n
